The Royal – Chenin Blanc
Packed with upfront melon fruit, the nose charms with an abundance of guava and gooseberries as well as the signature hint of honey. The palate follows through with fruit flavors balanced by a crisp acid to ensure a fresh and fruity style of wine.
Bornos – Sauvignon Blanc
Pale bright yellow. Tropical fruits aromas, with cut-grass and herbal notes, giving an elegant whole. Palate: Powerful and elegant, well-balanced with a good acidity.
Tres Ojos – Garnacha
Brick red color with a bouquet of red raspberries, spice and white pepper. The palate is incredibly concentrated and rich. This wine is fruity, juicy and shows a great depth, ripe tannins, length but yet with wonderful elegance and lightness.
Chateau Segries – Cotes Du Rhone
The wine is ripe, rich and round, with black raspberry, white pepper and spice flavors. True Cotes du Rhone in a Bistro style.
St. James – Cranberry
Sweet and tart with bright, festive cranberry colors, aromas and flavors. Fresh cranberry acidity with a nice, long cranberry finish.
