An old proverb declares that you can’t have your cake and eat it, too. And that’s great, cause we are talking about Eating Your Bourbon here at Kelsick Market!

We can help you on your quest for all things bourbon in life with some new products from Bourbon Barrel Foods that we have gracing our shelves at Kelsick Market.

Bourbon Barrel Foods Founder Matt Jamie started the company with his “Bluegrass Soy Sauce.” It’s brewed and aged for a year in repurposed bourbon barrels- giving it a taste that is “smoky, brothy, and meaty with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky Bourbon”. Bourbon Barrels Foods has taken this concept and created a whole line of bourbon-inspired foods, from Bourbon Smoked Spice Sets, to Bourbon Barrel Worcestershire Sauce, and Kentuckyaki. Any one of their products could be the perfect gift for family members friends, or your significant other; I mean, who wouldn’t want a gourmet Bourbon Barrel gift box this Valentine’s Day?

I think you can see why we are so excited with these new products! Stop by Kelsick Market today to see for yourself all that Bourbon infused foods can offer- and get some cake, too. What do old proverbs know, anyway?
