Bourbon Barrel Foods Founder Matt Jamie started the company with his “Bluegrass Soy Sauce.” It’s brewed and aged for a year in repurposed bourbon barrels- giving it a taste that is “smoky, brothy, and meaty with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky Bourbon”. Bourbon Barrels Foods has taken this concept and created a whole line of bourbon-inspired foods, from Bourbon Smoked Spice Sets, to Bourbon Barrel Worcestershire Sauce, and Kentuckyaki.
