Beth has been in business on Main Street for more than two decades! Having served on the Gloucester Main Street Association’s board, she has been instrumental in its revitalization. Here are a few more interesting tidbits about Beth!
What flavor or scents make you giddy?
Toffee, caramel, brown sugar and vanilla.
What is the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?
Menu planning, it’s second nature knowing how much food for a certain number of people.
What is your go to spice?
Majoram because it’s a twist on Oregano.
What is your favorite beer/wine?
Most Spanish wines.
What is your favorite journey?
Spain. Everything about it!
What is your idea of the perfect day?
A smooth day at the shop and trying a new recipe.
What do you love about Main Street?
Seeing the evolution over 20 years, seeing it finally come to life, it’s very exciting.
